Das WBV Schiedsrichterreferat hat es geschafft, Dubravka Martinovic zu einem interaktiven Seminar nach Wien zu holen. Frau Martinovic stammt aus Kroatien und arbeitet seit Jahren für das FIBA World und FIBA Europe Referee Department als Psychologin. Sie hat bereits viele Workshops für Schiedsrichterinnen und Schiedsrichter in aller Welt abgehalten.

Zudem begleitet Dubravka Martinovic die Top-Referees bei den großen Hauptturnieren der FIBA Europe und FIBA World psychologisch in der Spielvor- und -nachbereitung. Erst im Jänner 2020 hat sie ihr eigenes Buch, speziell für Schiedsrichter geschrieben, veröffentlicht.
